Matuska brewery was founded April 13, 2009 on Easter Monday. On this day there was the first brew, a special dark beer. Implementation of the brewery lasted two years. The size of the brewery belongs to the category of microbreweries. The brewery was founded brewer Martin Matuska, who works in the brewing industry since 1981. Brewery Matuska Broumy found in the village, which lies in the protected landscape area Křivoklátsko. Implement own microbrewery succeeded only because of the moral support and financial assistance to the family. Also helped to note that the younger son Adam wants to continue in the brewing craft. Beer is brewed in the traditional way without filtration or pasteurization.
